Who we are

Nordica Omnibus is a Shopify app made by Variegata Nordica (Mallory Berthomé). Questions about this policy or your data: mallory.berthome@gmail.com.

What the app stores

• Your store’s address and Shopify access, so the app can open in your Shopify admin and read your prices.
• Your prices over time: for each product variant, its price and compare-at price each time they change, kept for 13 months, so the lowest price of the 30 days before a discount can be shown and proven.
• Your display settings, plan (Free or Pro), time zone and currency.
• If you also use Nordica Scheduled Sales on the same store: once, after install, the app reads the original prices Scheduled Sales recorded for sales that were already running, so those sales get their lowest price. Nothing else is read from it.
• Messages you send with “Contact support” or “Suggest an improvement”, and the email address if you add one.
• Technical error reports: your store’s address, the page and the error, so problems can be fixed.

What the app changes in your store

Only one value of its own on each discounted variant (an app metafield holding the lowest price), which your theme reads to show it. It reads your live theme’s settings only to check that its app embed is switched on. It never changes prices, products, collections or theme files.

Your customers

The app doesn’t read orders or any information about your customers. It uses no cookies, tracking or analytics on your storefront.

Who processes the data

Cloudflare hosts the app and its database. Shopify provides the store data and handles billing. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

How long it is kept

When you uninstall the app, your sign-in data is deleted at once. Everything else linked to your store (price history, settings, messages) is deleted when Shopify asks for it to be erased, 48 hours after uninstalling. You can ask for your support messages to be deleted at any time.
