Common questions
Which price is shown?
The lowest price the product had in the 30 days before the current discount started. It stays the same for the whole sale; it isn’t a rolling 30 days from today, which would end up showing the sale price itself.
Why doesn’t a discounted product show a lowest price?
The app needs to know the price before the discount. If a product was already discounted when you installed the app, or was launched with a compare-at price, it appears under “Needs attention” on the Home page.
I installed the app today. Is my history complete?
Price changes are recorded from the moment you install. For sales starting in the next 30 days, the app uses the prices it knows and marks them as “short history” on the Home page.
What does “Crossed-out price above the 30-day lowest” mean?
Your compare-at price is higher than the lowest price of the last 30 days, so the saving shown to shoppers is bigger than the real one. This is the most common Omnibus mistake. Lower the compare-at price to the lowest price the app shows.
The line doesn’t appear on my product page
Check that “Lowest price line” is switched on under Online Store > Themes > Customize > App embeds. If your theme places prices unusually, add the “Lowest price” block to the product template instead.
Is this legal advice?
No. The app shows the lowest price as the EU rules describe it, but national rules differ in details. Check with your local consumer authority if in doubt.
How do I cancel Pro?
Open Plans in the app and click Cancel Pro. Product pages keep showing the lowest price on Free.
